Culai maxxed far to early.
I think I'll max him DH->CL->SP->HL
He turned into a pretty good climber, you should give a try to Monte Rosa tour, could probably come up with the YC.
Assuming you'll start with cl and dh with Culai are you gonna train his teammate stats, our go for these 5-7-3-4 type of races.

Can't really complain he will be a nice classical rider, but not the tourmonster we hoped for.

Depends on where he maxes. If after technique I can max his hill(average), I will look for a hill helper so that we can contend in FoW in the near future.
